With respect to PSD2 APIs, PPC e-Money shall ensure that access by the Licensee is provided on a non-discriminatory basis and shall not be subject to conditions, technical measures or treatment which create obstacles to the provision of account information services or payment initiation services when compared to the access, conditions and performance made available to PPC e-Money’s own customer-facing channels.

Any communication with PPC e-Money’s web site or services will be executed by default agents provided by the User’s device. The Licensee will not attempt to circumvent any security measures or technical limitations of any API Content or the Platform.

The Licensee will immediately notify PPC e-Money of any security deficiencies (including any actual or suspected theft, loss or misuse of Data or personalised security credentials or actual or suspected vulnerabilities that may result in any such theft, loss or misuse) that the Licensee discovers or suspects in connection with any API Content, Application or Data, by contacting PPC e-Money at PPC e-Money’s official e-mail addresses which are published in the PPC e-Money’s Developer Portal.

The Licensee will not include or enable or permit to be included, in or in connection with any Application, any spyware, malware, virus, worm, Trojan horse or other malicious or harmful code, or any software application not expressly and knowingly authorised by each applicable User prior to being downloaded, installed or used.
